SPECIAL DAY 

let's START PLANNING your

OVERVIEW
If you have already started planning your wedding or special event and would like someone to partner with that will ensure you make the most of the time left, this is for you. This service includes creative direction, design supplier sourcing, and on-the-day coordination.
perfect for couples who want more involvement in planning their special day.
We will focus on designing the complete concept, palette and vision for your wedding or event - and at a month prior, our coordinating team will take over and work with all vendors so we can run your timeline with perfection.
You book the logistics, and we will take care of the vision and design for your big day. including handling all design-based vendor sourcing, booking, mock-ups, rentals and décor placement, and to top it off - we’ll make sure you have a day-of coordinating team for up to 10 hours on your day-of. this is the perfect combination of design, styling and coordinating to give you a jaw-dropping wedding.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT 
  • Full concept and design put into place
  • Personalized design booklet for every stage of your wedding day
  • Full venue floor plan and schematic for day-of
  • Selecting and booking all design-based vendors
  • Access to s.k.e preferred vendors list for all other vendors
  • Communication and design execution with floral, décor and any other design-based elements
  • Communication and coordination with any rental or décor companies needed
  • Complete set-up and tear down of all décor and design elements
  • A day of coordinator on site to run your big day
  • Two pre wedding meetings with coordinator to discuss timeline and day-of details
  • Full timeline created for the day-of
  • Confirmation of timeline with all vital vendors
  • Directing ceremony processional and reception events
  • Coordinating vendors from four weeks prior to day-of
  • All tear down and placement of gifts and décor into specified vehicle
  • 1 hour rehearsal orchestrating
  • Up to 10 hours onsite from your coordination team

This one is simple! we work! while you enjoy all the special moments on this day with your family and friends

Once you are happy with your chosen service and have secured your date by officially booking, you will receive your welcome package and gift for allowing us to be part of your special day (planning & design clients only). we will then start the planning and designing process, which will be broken down into several detailed steps, going into detail regarding everything needed for your special day. We use a platform called Aisle Planner to communicate every detail with you throughout the planning process

We start with either a face to face meeting or a call over a coffee (or a cocktail!) to find out more about you, everything you love & everything you don't love! we will go through in detail all your requirements and select your perfect service.  We'll then take all of that information and begin the creative process.
