Here at Sheila Karim Events, we offer three main types of support for weddings and large events which include Full-Service Planning & Design, Partial Planning & Design and Design & Styling.
For smaller events please get in touch with us regarding our Parties & Celebrations services where we offer everything from balloon installations and backdrops to fully themed desert tables and floral arrangements customised to your brief!

OVERVIEW  
The absolute full works! this level of support is the most comprehensive, and best suited for couples who prefer to have calm, expert guidance every step of the way. Sheila will lead and assist you in creating and coordinating your vision from start to finish, so that you can focus on enjoying being engaged and celebrating your marriage or special occasion with your loved ones. We handle all the logistics, create a design concept for you, help you manage your budget, and connect you with the venues and vendors that will each play an integral role in creating the wedding of your dreams. We are then on site for the duration of your event to make sure everything is executed seamlessly and takes your breath away the moment you walk in.
Your s.k.e team will walk you through every step of the planning the timeline, planning menus, sending invites and more. When you book us for full service, you’re not just booking a planner - you’re booking a planner, a designer, a stylist and a coordinator.

  • Design document covering all design elements throughout every stage of your day

Full Planning, Design & Coordination  

This service is charged at 10% of your overall wedding budget spend with a minimum fee of £6,000  

We take on a only a limited number of Full Planning & Design clients each year, this is  to ensure we can  give each client our  full attention

This one is simple! we work! while you enjoy all the special moments on this day with your family and friends

Once you are happy with your chosen service and have secured your date by officially booking, you will receive your welcome package and gift for allowing us to be part of your special day (planning & design clients only). we will then start the planning and designing process, which will be broken down into several detailed steps, going into detail regarding everything needed for your special day. We use a platform called Aisle Planner to communicate every detail with you throughout the planning process

We start with either a face to face meeting or a call over a coffee (or a cocktail!) to find out more about you, everything you love & everything you don't love! we will go through in detail all your requirements and select your perfect service.  We'll then take all of that information and begin the creative process.
