Once you are happy with your chosen service and have secured your date by officially booking, you will receive your welcome package and gift for allowing us to be part of your special day (planning & design clients only). We will then start the planning and designing process, which will be broken down into several detailed steps, going into detail regarding everything needed for your special day.

We start with either a face to face meeting or a call over a coffee (or a cocktail!) to find out more about you, everything you love & everything you don't love! we will go through in detail all your requirements and select your perfect service. We'll then take all of that information and begin the creative process.
