Once you are happy with your chosen service and have secured your date by officially booking, you will receive your welcome package and gift for allowing us to be part of your special day (planning & design clients only). We will then start the planning and designing process, which will be broken down into several detailed steps, going into detail regarding everything needed for your special day.

We start with either a face to face meeting or a call over a coffee (or a cocktail!) to find out more about you, everything you love & everything you don't love! we will go through in detail all your requirements and select your perfect service.  We'll then take all of that information and begin the creative process.

THE PROCESS 

Creative Design and on the day Styling for Larger Parties and Celebrations of 50 guests and above, prices start from £6,000, including service fees.



. 5 fully dressed tables including cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, napkins, tablecloths, candles and other table décor items
. 50 chair hire
. 5 table hire
. Floral centrepieces or Floral Installation
. Full concept and design put into place
. Personalized design brief
. Full venue floor plan and schematic for day-of
. Selecting and booking all design-based vendors
. Access to s.k.e preferred vendors list for all other vendors
. Communication and design execution with floral, décor and any other design-based elements
. Communication and coordination with any rental or décor companies needed
. Complete set-up and tear down of all décor and design elements
. A day of coordinator on site to run your big day
. Two pre-event meetings with coordinator to discuss timeline and day-of details
. Full timeline created for the day-of
. Confirmation of timeline with all vital vendors
. Coordinating vendors from four weeks prior to day-of
. All tear down and placement of gifts and décor into specified vehicle
. Up to 6 hours onsite from s.k.e coordination team
. Unlimited hours on site from s.k.e styling team

Creative design and styling consultations – Priced at £45 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).
If you are looking for friendly but detailed and expert advise on how to style, source vendors or props for your event, then we are on hand to help you. we can offer you an array of DIY tips and tricks to ensure you still have a beautifully styled event. Consultations can be held via skype or telephone and also face to face at your chosen location or venue (travel fees may apply)

Includes but not limited to the Following:

• Fully Themed and Decorated Table
• Plinths or any other Props needed for desired theme
• Bespoke Organic Balloon Arch in Chosen Theme
• All Cake Stands / Sweet Jars / Serving Trays and Utensils
• Bespoke Nappy Cake (baby shower) or Personalised Centrepiece (as requested)
• Backdrop / Surrounding Décor in your chosen Theme / Colour – Please contact us for details
• Fresh Floral Design Elements tailored to your theme

Notes. Cakes/Sweets/Treats are NOT included in this service; however, we are happy to design and source quality edible cakes and treats from our
trusted suppliers.
